Into the Breach
I was waiting for what the first salvo of the Establishment would be against Trump’s decided victory. It took longer than I expected, mostly I think because they were caught off guard that not only did they lose, but lost overwhelming.
The 4B movement filled the vacuum of indignation for a brief while, but it is as temporary as it is ineffectual.
I anticipate that we will see The Establishment further fortifying their defensive positions while also attempting to attack along key avenues of approach. Their two key defensive positions are the control of the media and of the bureaucracy, and their main attacks will come from these two strongholds, at least for the near-term.
At the moment, we are seeing the same attack strategy they used directly on Trump in his first Term turned onto his cabinet choices. It doesn’t work on Trump anymore because he is a “Convicted Felon” and we still voted for him overwhelmingly against the alternative.
The attack strategy is accuse his Cabinet Nominees of one or more of the following and then make the administration and the nominee spend all their time and resources fighting the allegations:
Sexual Assault
Bribery
Espionage
For Gaetz and Hegseth it is Sexual assault allegations, and for Gabbard it is Espionage.
They attacked/ are attacking these three the most because they represent the largest existential threat to maintaining the bureaucratic war state.
They will be also be trying to find something concrete on Bobby Kennedy soon, but until something pops up, they will have to rely on their same old appeal to authority.
